EARLY ACCESS LIST FOR CELL / LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 3, 2026
This page covers the early access list on this site and nothing else. Cell is in private build. The list exists so that we can write to you once when it opens.
What we collect
When you join the list, we store these items and no others.

| Use note | The optional line about what you would use it for. It may be empty. | To learn what people want from Cell. |
| Time of consent | The date and time you ticked the box and joined. | To show that you agreed. |
| List name | Which site you joined from (cell). | To keep each list separate. |
| Short IP hash | A short fingerprint of your IP address, made with a secret key. It is not your address and it cannot be turned back into one. | To limit repeated sign-ups and spot abuse. We use your IP address in memory for the same limit and we do not store it. |
We do not ask for a password. This site has no accounts and no login.
What we do not do
- No cookies. This site sets none.
- No analytics and no trackers.
- No advertising and no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
- We do not sell, rent or share the list.
The site and the list are hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the traffic and keeps the database on our behalf. No other third party receives your data.
What we send you
We only email you about this launch. If we ever want to email you about anything else, we will ask first.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry until the launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or remove your entry at any time. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Email phpytad@gmail.com from the address you joined with, and we will remove it. We remove it in full: the email, the note, the time, the list name and the hash.
